Most disposable vape pens deliver 40 to 60 inhalations per gram of extract. A 1g pen lasts roughly 40 to 60 draws, a 2g pen around 80 to 120, and the larger multi-chamber options (4g, 6g, 8g, 9g) can stretch across several weeks of moderate use. When the vapour starts thinning or the draw resistance changes, the pen is finished.

Distillate is the highest-THC, most consistent extract — a clean, predictable high. Live resin is made from fresh-frozen flower at low temperatures, preserving the strain’s natural terpenes for a more flavourful, full-bodied hit. Full-spectrum sits between the two, retaining more of the original plant’s compounds for a rounded, true-to-flower effect.
