These are great tasting. I have the variety pack, which gives me a selection of flavours. They help me fall asleep and stay asleep.
They work. Helped with my back pain, and really help my husband to fall asleep and stay asleep – so agree with another poster on that!

I have tried the variety pack and the cola flavour. I use them to help me sleep. Works pretty good. The flavours are great.
